The ideal candidate would be available for an immediate start and looking for an initial contract of 11 months with the potential to be extended for the right candidate.

Main duties:



  • Experience of diary management and event planning

  • Booking meeting rooms

  • Booking travel arrangements

  • Ensuring all clients and business users are satisfied

  • Using Concept CAFM Software
