JOB TITLE: Client Relationship Manager

COMPANY: Tech Start-Up

HOURS: 09:00am- 17:30pm Monday - Friday (flexibility to work from home required)

SALARY: £33,000- £35,000pa

Our client is a tech start-up, founded in 2012 and based in London's Shoreditch. They are well established within their industry with a growing client base and expanding their team. This role is a great opportunity for a tech savvy, entrepreneurially minded individual to experience first-hand what it is like to work in a start-up.

They specialise in delivering technology-driven solutions and their product is a software designed to track and manage employee absence. With their main client base being HR professionals and operational managers, this role is to provide exceptional support through client training, delivering software demos and overall coordinating service implementation and delivery of their software.

The ideal candidate will come with similar experience and have exceptional customer service skills as well as a passion for tech. They must be IT savvy with excellent communication skills.


  • Coordinating service implementation and delivery

  • Supporting customers with queries and problem solving

  • Client training on-site and via webinars (includes travel across UK)

  • Building and maintaining client relationships

  • Delivering software demos and participating in meetings

  • Maintaining key partner relationships

  • Online marketing and PR tasks

  • Ad hoc tasks such as event organisation, data analysis or end-user software testing


  • Proficient general IT skills

  • Great attention to detail

  • Confident and clear communication

  • Ability to work independently

  • Good time management

  • Solid work experience in an administrative or business management role

  • Working knowledge of MS Office including Outlook, Word and Excel

  • Comfortable using web applications and working with data

  • Professional level of written and spoken English
