We're recruiting! We are looking for a strong Administrator to support our Consultants and Business Manager. We are a very close-knit team of 3 and are now looking for another 'Angel' to join us.

The role:

Reporting to the Business Manager, the primary function of the Business Administrator is to look after our valued candidates and provide a high level of administrative support to the office, in accordance with the needs of the business.



  • Helping support our very busy consultants

  • Recognise what they need before they need it! (Do what you can to make their days more efficient)

  • Provide a warm and professional welcome to all visitors to the branch

  • Ensure branch administration is compliant with the company's quality standards and audit procedures

  • Process the weekly temp candidate's payroll, including administration of temps annual leave and sickness

  • Handle incoming candidate CVs, arrange candidate appointments for the consultants and guide candidates through the registration process

  • Screen CVs and candidates to assess qualifications, skills and previous employment

  • Conducting skill tests to enable the best possible assignment selection

  • Prepare marketing materials for the Consultants to take to meetings

  • Manage all Guildford branch social media

  • Ensure marketing campaigns are managed and carried out to a high standard, in conjunction with the Branch Manager

  • Resource business leads and exceptional candidates for our consultants to meet
