The successful candidate will have some administration experience along with experience in invoicing and billing.

The chosen candidate will be working closely with the organisation's Billings Manager.



Main duties will include but not limited to:



  • Main responsibility to ensure that customers are billed in a timely and accurate fashion

  • Dealing with queries and problem solving

  • Gathering, calculating on documenting numerical data for invoicing

  • Dealing and communicating with customers over the telephone and via email

  • Working amongst a team within a friendly office

  • Updating records and keeping track of payments

  • Administration duties to support the office


They are looking for someone with the following qualities;



  • Must be analytical and have experience in invoicing, billing and administration

  • Credible education, GCSE - ALEVEL EQUIVALENT

  • Ability to work well in a team with all levels of seniority

  • Able to engage and build strong relationships with other team members and internal departments

  • Keen to learn new technologies and techniques

  • Outgoing, hard working, self motivate
