JOB TITLE: Bilingual French Data Management Analyst


SALARY:£25,000 - £26,500 per annum


START DATE: ASAP

HOURS:  8am-4.30pm

OVERVIEW:


I am proud to be working with market leader within the Automotive Software business who are looking for a Bilingual French/English individual to join their Data Management and Assurance Department on a permanent basis. You will be highly motivated, IT Literate and have a key eye for detail as well as fluent in English and French.


The day to day duties in your new job would be:



  • Responsible for configuring and updating the organisations products

  • Specialise in one or more application, acting as an internal service provider in support of both the client facing and technical teams.

  • Deliver quality and accuracy in all services provided.

  • Manage and execute a number of tasks assigned



  • Perform new model updates using internal applications

  • Perform program updates using internal applications

  • Complete product installations

  • Prepare and execute mystery shop and compiling results into Word, Excel and Power Point

  • Update website and application content efficiently and accurately



  • Successfully use website content management systems

  • Diligently tracks time and activities in Salesforce

  • Generates reports using Microsoft Excel and Google Analytics

  • Completes other ad hoc requests as required
