DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:




  • Objective is to strengthen the firm's ability to win work both across public and commercial teams and across all our businesses.

  • Assist the bid director and manager in delivering tenders

  • Support business growth with bid identification, production and delivery.

  • Evaluate, coordinate and create professional response

  • Ensure all bids and tenders are delivered with maximum effect

  • Always ensure highest quality and timely customer satisfied manner

  • Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditures.

  • Organizing, attending and participating in stakeholder meetings.

  • Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.




SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:




  • Strong level of education, ideally degree level

  • 1-2 years' experience within a bid coordinator or bid management role

  • Interest in a career within bid management/project management is essential

  • Strong multitasking, organisation and attention to detail

  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

  • Ability to build relationships with all levels of management

  • Team player but also ability to work independently

  • Strong administration and project management skills

  • Ability to work effectively and efficiently
