Would you like to join a dynamic and forward- thinking practice delivering consultancy services to a broad spectrum of clients in the construction industry?



The successful candidates will be working in the Bid and Marketing team, supporting the Bid and Marketing Manager to help deliver first class proposals and provide marketing support to the business.



The ideal candidate will have experience of delivering bids, be InDesign proficient and be able to multi task whilst working to tight deadlines.



Duties:



  • Produce winning first and second stage bids

  • Identify relevant opportunities

  • Supporting the Bid & Marketing Manager/Coordinator as required

  • Assisting with keeping bid collateral up to date

  • Updating an internal bid text library

  • Updating bidding and event trackers

  • Collating and reviewing bid/proposal feedback

  • Assisting with client presentations

  • Assisting with the production of marketing material using InDesign

  • Creative input/content for a variety of social media platforms

  • Updating website content

  • Market research of industry events

  • Assisting with organisation of events as required

  • Assisting with ad-hoc duties as required



Experience Required:



  • Immediately available

  • Bid preparation experience

  • Creating social media content and maximising exposure

  • Adobe InDesign

  • Microsoft Office Suite

  • Excellent written communication skills

  • Highly organised with strong time management

  • Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team

  • Confident and approachable
