I am currently working with a friendly and expanding company based in Hedge End, who are seeking a confident, motivated and excellent communicator to start immediately, in a temporary to permanent position. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is keen to progress into an Accounts Assistant position and is looking to work for a company who will invest in outstanding training and promotion opportunities.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Meeting and greeting clients into the building and being their first point of call for all queries

  • Liaising with suppliers through telephone and email to chase invoices

  • Purchase ledger duties

  • Ensuring all invoices are processed correctly into the in-house system

  • Inputting data into Excel

  • Providing general administrative support to the team

The client offers free onsite parking, flexible working hours and is based within a picturesque location with a nearby shopping centre.
