Office Angels are currently supporting a small and successful electrical firm, in recruiting an Administrator, to assist in general office administration and document control.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, both verbally and written, and be confident in liaising with engineers and suppliers via telephone and email.

Main responsibilities:

  • Document control

  • Communicating with customers, engineers and suppliers

  • Following up on quotations (no sales)

  • Providing administrative assistance to the estimating department

  • Maintaining spreadsheets are up to date / tracking information

Skills required:

  • At least 2 years of administration experience essential

  • Excellent communication

  • Outstanding telephone manner

  • Strong IT skills including Microsoft Suite

  • Forward thinker, analytical and have a keen eye for detail

  • Confident

  • Ability to work within a small team environment

  • Previous experience within an electrical or construction environment would be beneficially, but not essential

Working hours can be discussed at interview stage, between 30 - 40 hours, so will suit someone looking to work a slightly shorter week or full time.
