OVERVIEW:


I am proud to be working with a leading Financial Services organisation in central Bracknell who are looking to recruit an Administrator to join their established team. You will support the back office functions managing the customer database and learning the ropes. This role will be the stepping stone for a fantastic career within the industry. You will learn some valuable skills as well as work with some brilliant people.


What will you be doing day to day in your new role?



  • Responsible for processing paperwork

  • Manage the timely and accurate handling of customer documentation relating to finance proposals

  • Process and manage inbound customer documentation

  • Maintain CRM records to the accepted business standard

  • Complete verbal delivery checks with customers


We'd love to speak to candidates who have:



  • Previous experience within a similar role - Administration/Customer Service/Data Entry

  • Strong interpersonal skills

  • Sound written communication

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with discretion and diplomacy at all times

  • Strong Microsoft Office Skills including Word, Outlook and Excel

  • Highly organised and professional with a methodical approach

  • Charismatic, energetic and committed to making a difference
