**Exciting opportunity for a candidate with Administration experience looking for a part-time role 2 days a week to start ASAP**

JOB ROLE: Administrator - Immediate start

JOB TYPE: Temporary - 2 days pw (mornings)

HOURS: 10.00am - 2.00pm


SALARY: £13.00 PH

LOCATION: West End, London

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative support to the Chairman

  • Managing mailbox; responding to emails

  • Answering the telephone and forwarding calls where necessary

  • Distributing post and arranging couriers as/ when required

  • Deliver a confidential, highly effective and efficient administration and secretarial support service


  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills is essential

  • Excellent knowledge and skills in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Proven ability to quickly and accurately type, format and edit documents

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
