JOB TITLE: Sales Support Administrator


LOCATION: Brighton


HOURS: 40 Hours


SHIFTS: 8:30am-5:30pm


RATE: £9.13 per hour

The role of Sales Support Administrator is to work within a highly proficient team environment supporting the Sales Team with their activity. The role requires fast thinking, ability and willingness to learn and a natural flare for customer service.


You will act as the key interface between the organisation and vendors throughout the sales process, pro-actively supporting the team dealing with quotes, data entry of new proposals and liaising with clients daily.


Duties include:



  • Liaising with clients

  • Entering new proposals into the system from the sales team

  • Creating quotations

  • Ordering supplies

  • Managing email enquiries and responding to clients

  • Ad hoc administration


We're looking for candidates that:



  • Previous experience within an administration role

  • Confident and articulate

  • Strong IT skills

  • Strong communication skills, able to work well within a busy environment

  • Ability to work under pressure


Additional Information:



  • This is a temporary to permanent position, with 3 months temping before taken onto a permanent contract.

  • Working hours are 8.30-5.30pm Monday to Friday

  • £18-£21k - permanent DOE
