Office Angels are currently recruiting for an Data Entry Administrator to join a friendly team on an ongoing temporary contract which will be extended based on performance.

Do you have previous experience working as an Administrator?


Are you local to the Nuneaton area?



We are looking for an organised and professional person to work for our client as a Data Entry Administrator based in Nuneaton. This is a full time role paying £8.50 per hour and working Monday to Friday 9am-5pm.


Previous Administration experience would be advantageous but not essential as full training will be provided.


Duties:



  • Basic data entry using Microsoft Word and Excel

  • Process all purchase orders

  • Answer and log all incoming phone calls

  • General administration duties

  • Data entry on internal systems

  • Filing and scanning on occasion


Successful Candidate:



  • Excellent Customer Service skills

  • Good communication skills both written and speaking

  • Good literacy, numeracy and IT skills

  • Well-organised with high professional and personal standards

  • Keen eye for attention to detail
