A professional corporation in the City of London are seeking a strong administrator with experience across team coordination and finance to step into the role ASAP. You will be supporting 2 very busy teams with day-to-day coordination and administration. Full training, support and excellent team culture with many socials and regular events


Duties:



  • Full support for two teams across different departments with day-to-day duties

  • Very varied role covering Project Monitoring, Finance, Admin and General Team support

  • Diary management, meeting arrangement, coordination of events and conferences etc.

  • Supporting with CRM systems and management of data and documentation

  • Supporting with Finance duties, queries and expenses etc.

  • Administration team budgets, budget monitoring and reconciliation of reports etc

  • Managing travel arrangements, flights, accommodation, visas and expenses.

  • Supporting with project monitoring, strategies and reviews for cases etc.

  • Producing summary and performance reports and maintaining electronic system files

  • Managing project reporting on large scales

  • General ad hoc administration and team coordination for the wider team on a daily basis


Skills & Experience:



  • Strong experience across administration, team support, coordination and basic Finance Assistant duties

  • Working within a professional corporation

  • Multitasking abilities to work in a fast paced and busy environment

  • Willingness to support the wider admin team with day-to-day duties

  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written with all levels of management

  • Problem solving and forward thinking ability

  • Confident, outgoing and bubbly personality to be the face of the office

  • Ability to use initiative and time efficient

  • Positive and can-do approach
