A prestigious, state-of-the-art International Business School are seeking an experienced, hands- on Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis.


You must be immediately available and able to commit for 3 full months possibly longer.



JOB ROLE: Admin Coordinator, Executive Education Programmes


COMPANY: Business school


HOURS: Full time/ hybrid working 3 days in the office; Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm-


for the first month you will be required to work 5 full days in the office for training.


SALARY: £16.50 per hour, plus holiday pay


LOCATION: West Hampstead, London


CULTURE: Corporate office, working within a friendly and fast paced environment

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:



  • Ensuring excellent customer service to all participants

  • Liaising with professors to take lead on administrative aspects of Executive Programmes

  • Taking lead on distributing course material and timetables

  • Interacting with participants, taking care of feedback, marks and grading

  • Working with external services such as IT and facilities to ensure smooth running

  • Organising handbooks and welcome packs

  • Ensuring all teaching rooms are prepared for each programme

  • Arranging signage at reception areas and distributing name badges to participants

  • Maintaining an up- to- date archive of the Executive Education programmes delivered

  • Liaising with the finance department, helping to manage invoices and expenses

  • Report to the director or Executive Education to report all profit and loss statements

  • Attend meetings in Health and Safety when required


SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:



  • Must have an enthusiastic friendly and professional disposition

  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills

  • Strong IT skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites

  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships

  • Ability to use initiative

  • Must be motivated to actively contribute to the development of the ExEd department
