Admin Co-ordinator

Key Accountabilities

� Liaise with customers and engineer to schedule appointments

� Process documents ensuring all correspondence is dealt with accurately, efficiently and in a timely manner

� Analytical approach to managing internal and external queries

� Ability to work dynamically in a fast-paced environment

� Be a decisive and creative thinker with the ability to think outside the norm

� Assist colleagues and management with additional tasks as and when required

Knowledge & Experience

� Experience working within a customer helpdesk environment

� Experienced in delivering client focused solutions

� Experience of working with CRM systems and MS office suite essential

� Good geography skills


� Experience working within a technical helpdesk environment

� Experience scheduling engineers and sub-contractors

� Experience working within the utilities sector
