* Managing the Sub-Contractor Database,
* Organise Engineer Training
* Marketing - updating of Company website and brochure
* Assisting with the maintenance of office systems
* Preparation for and minute taking for the monthly Contract Managers Meeting.
* Assist with the developments and implementation of new office systems and procedures
* Provide administration support to the Managing Director, Contracts Director, Finance Manager and Administration Manager
* Carrying out specific projects and research
* Assist with organisation of corporate events


To be successful in this role you'll be/have -


* Excellent record keeping, writing, communication and interpersonal skills
* Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, with basic knowledge of Microsoft Access and Excel preferred
* Ability to work individually and as part of a team
