Admin Assistant - Mat cover


To start end of October until February 2023

£10.53 per hour

9am - 4.30pm

Office Angels are currently recruiting for an Admin assistant to join our client at Bolton Hospital. This is to cover maternity leave until February 2023.

Duties will include:

  • Dealing with patients on the phone and face-face

  • Making appointments

  • Responding to email queries

  • Placing orders

  • Liaising with suppliers on goods availability, chasing orders etc.

  • Adding new referrals and creating patient data

  • Booking in goods received from suppliers and matching against patient records

  • Advising patients of goods ready for collection by phone/letter

  • Maintain and control stock, equipment and materials

  • Liaise with clinical staff

We are looking for candidates with:

  • Strong administrative and customer service skills

  • Ability to work on their own initiative

  • Excellent communication skills

  • A flexible attitude to work and happy to take on a variety of tasks

  • Organisational skills and the ability to manage deadlines and prioritise tasks
