Accounts Payable Clerk

Office angels are currently recruiting for an Accounts Payable Clerk for our global client based in Camberley

Role: Accounts Payable Clerk

Location: Camberley

Pay rate: £12.50 - £13p/h

Days required: Monday - Friday 9am- 5:30pm

Start date: ASAP

Duration: 2 Weeks

Duties may include but are not limited to:

  • Obtain supplier statements from a specific list of suppliers

  • Compare remaining open purchase orders to statement, determine if they are required and close purchase orders if no longer required

  • Reconcile statements to our ledger

  • Identify missing invoices and request copies from suppliers

  • Compare invoices not processed to open purchase orders, input invoices and match on system, resolving discrepancies as required

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong organisational skills

  • Able to work on their own initiative

  • Previous accounts payable experience

  • Able to hit the ground running

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Able to prioritise workload
