We are currently recruiting for an Accounts Assistant in Christchurch. There is the potential for this role to turn into a permanent position
ROLE: Accounts Assistant - Purchase ledger
SALARY: £25-26K equivalent
LOCATION: Christchurch
ROLE TYPE: Temporary - with potential for perm
HOURS: 9:15am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday
PERKS: Free Parking, could be the potential to go permanent
START DATE: ASAP
Duties include:
- Reconciliation of supplier invoices to Purchase Orders
- Post supplier invoices to Sage 50
- Issue Remittance Advice
- Expense claims
- Prepare bimonthly payment runs
We'd love to speak to candidates who have:
- Previous Accounts experience, especially Purchase Ledger
- Ideally Sage 50 experience
- Ideally have AAT, ICB, IAB or equivalent qualifications
- Are available immediately and committed to starting a new role
