JOB TITLE: Accounts Assistant

HOURS: 8:30am - 5pm Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week)

Location: Ilminster

SALARY: Competitive starting salary discussed on application, depending on experience.

THE COMPANY: A well-established customer focused company, developing and supplying products for many years!

THE ROLE: Acting as a key support to the Finance Manager assisting with business accounting activities.


- Invoice processing

- Purchase ledger

- Sales ledger

- Bank reconciliation

- Raising sales invoices

- Updating and maintaining procedural documentation

- Liaising with customers and suppliers through telephone and email correspondence

- General administration, customer services and accounting support


Our client is currently transitioning across to Access Financials, previous experience of this would be an advantage, but not necessary. You should have good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel. You will possess excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and efficiently. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a small and friendly team.
