The Role - Accounts Assistant
Location - Bridgeton (Glasgow)
Hours - 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday
Salary - 21-23k DOE

Office Angels are currently recruiting for an Accounts Assistant for our client based in the Bridgeton area of Glasgow. This is an exciting role which is integral to the success of the Accounts Team.

The successful candidate will have previous experience of working within a busy finance team and managing a broad range of finance/administration tasks daily.

Duties:-
* Matching, pricing, and processing a high volume of invoices
* Reconciling supplier statements
* Handling business expenses
* Credit control
* Daily banking & reconciliations
* Dealing with client queries and troubleshooting any issues which arise
* Producing weekly/monthly statements for customers
* Reconciliation of daily payments to customer accounts
* Dealing with routine banking correspondence
* Ensuring customer database and trackers are maintained using MS Excel
* Liaising with suppliers



Key Skills:-
* Accounts experience
* Strong communication skills
* Process driven
* Proficient in Microsoft Office specifically Excel (intermediate knowledge necessary)
* Excellent attention to detail
