Accounts Assistant - Fareham - Immediate start

We are seeking a driven and professional Accounts Assistant to join a leading manufacturing company based locally in Fareham.

You will be responsible for the Accounts Payable for the business and the client requires previous experience of this.

Working hours will be 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday and there could be an opportunity for a permanent position!

Key duties will include:

  • Processing a high volume of invoices

  • Checking invoices are correct

  • Bank reconciliation

  • Updating excel spreadsheets with data

  • Creating purchase order numbers

To be successful for this role, you will need:

  • To be a confident user of Microsoft office suite

  • Previous experience within accounts payable

  • To be able to prioritise a busy work load and be highly organised

  • An excellent eye for detail
