As an integral part of their finance function, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate and efficient financial processes. Responsibilities:



  • Assist employees with timesheet queries and ensure accurate recording of expenses and receipts.

  • Monitor and comply with HMRC legislation, raising queries proactively.

  • Record suppliers' invoices, assign them to purchase orders, and reconcile supplier statements.

  • Process payments and raise purchase orders for assets.

  • Assist with customer sales orders, invoicing, and credit control.

  • Manage banking activities, including the recording and reconciliation of bank statements.

  • Process weekly and monthly payroll, including pension contributions and payments.

  • Provide additional administrative support to the finance team, including managing email accounts and spreadsheets.


Requirements:



  • AAT Level 2 and above.

  • Proficiency in spreadsheets, databases, MS Office, and financial software applications.

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify data patterns.

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.

  • Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.

  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer service-focused approach.

  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and rectify errors.
