Job Title: Accounts Assistant - Advanced Excel whiz needed

Location: Near Canterbury

Hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-5:30pm

Salary: £19k

Benefits: 20 days annual leave+Bank holidays

The company we're recruiting for are based in a pretty Countryside location with modern offices, new desks and free parking. They would like to recruit a committed Accounts Assistant to join their busy Head Office team based near Canterbury. Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, this role would suit a flexible individual committed to ensuring excellence in all aspects of their role.

Your key responsibilities within your new position would be:

  • Purchase ledger

  • Petty cash

  • Credit card reconciliation

  • General office administration

Key skills and experience required for this role:

  • Previous Accounts Assistant experience

  • IT literate, with advanced Excel skills

  • Excellent attention to detail

Interview process:

  • 1st Interview - Via video conferencing and will include an assessment in Excel

  • 2nd Interview - Face to face adhering to social distancing and government guidelines for the opportunity to see the office environment and meet the team if you wish
