The company


My client, large suppliers based in Wickford, are looking for a passionate Sales Ledger Assistant to join their friendly Accounts team.


Duties



  • Raising and distributing invoices

  • Issuing credit notes

  • Chasing payments

  • Allocating cheques

  • Taking payments over the phone

  • Balancing cheques

  • Bank reconciliations

  • Updating customer and client records

  • Assisting with month end

  • Working to resolve customer queries


The ideal candidate



  • Previous Sales Ledger Experience

  • Great numeracy skills

  • Good Microsoft knowledge

  • Ability to work under pressure

  • Able to meet tight deadlines
