My client, large suppliers based in Wickford, are looking for a passionate Sales Ledger Assistant to join their friendly Accounts team.
Duties
- Raising and distributing invoices
- Issuing credit notes
- Chasing payments
- Allocating cheques
- Taking payments over the phone
- Balancing cheques
- Bank reconciliations
- Updating customer and client records
- Assisting with month end
- Working to resolve customer queries
The ideal candidate
- Previous Sales Ledger Experience
- Great numeracy skills
- Good Microsoft knowledge
- Ability to work under pressure
- Able to meet tight deadlines
