They are currently seeking an Accounts Administrator to contribute to the efficient operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Invoicing: Prepare and process customer invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
- Supplier Invoices: Enter and process supplier invoices into the accounting system.
- Payment Handling: Manage and record customer payments, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Typing Quotes: Assist in preparing quotes for customers.
- Appointment and Installation Booking: Schedule appointments and installations efficiently, coordinating with both customers and suppliers.
- Customer and Supplier Liaison: Maintain effective communication and relationships with customers and suppliers.
- General Office Management: Contribute to the day-to-day running of the office, providing administrative support as needed.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
- Sage Expertise: Proficiency with Sage accounting software is a must-have for this position.
- Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial and administrative tasks.
- Organisational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise work effectively.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills to liaise with customers and suppliers.
- Team Player: A collaborative and supportive team player, willing to assist in various office functions.
