Our client, an exciting organisation based in Lympne, is seeking an Accounts Assistant to join their team. Job title: Accounts Administrator


Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm


Location: Lympne, your own transport is required due to the location of the company


Salary: £26,000 - £27,000


Responsibilities:



  • Reconciliation of collections and deliveries.

  • Checking driver paperwork for accuracy.

  • Raising invoices to customers.

  • Sending invoices to customers in various formats.

  • Completing weekly cost sheets in Excel for weekly billed customers.

  • Updating customer portals.

  • Ensuring all telephone calls and emails are answered promptly.

  • Answering telephone calls as required during the day.

  • Assisting with any additional tasks requested by the Accounts Manager.


Essential Requirements:



  • Previous experience as an Accounts Administrator

  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.

  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

  • Good sense of humour.
