Accounts Administrator

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Accounts Administrator using SAGE to be part of a small team based in Coalville reporting into a Manager working office hours Monday - Thursday 8.30am - 4.30pm and Fridays 8.30am - 4pm


As the Accounts Assistant your duties are listed below



  • General office duties - filing, answering telephone calls, taking messages, responding to emails on a daily basis etc.

  • Processing customer invoices and credit notes



  • Credit Control



  • Processing Supplier invoices and debit notes

  • Answering customer/supplier queries via email and on the telephone

  • Preparing & sending customer statements

  • Checking Supplier Statements

  • Holiday cover within the accounts department
