Accounts Administrator
£25k-£27k per annum, DOE
Chelmsford, Essex
Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm



*You MUST have experience using Sage to be considered for this role.



My client, a successful mechanical business is seeking an Accounts Administrator to join their small team on a permanent basis.



Duties will include, but will not be limited to:



  • Raising sales invoices using Sage 50

  • Inputting purchase invoices onto Sage 50

  • Reconciling credit card statement

  • Reconciling fuel card payments

  • Managing fleet MOT's, tax and servicing

  • Weekly & monthly payroll

  • Arranging training when required and keeping training records

  • Filing and sending gas certificates

  • Pension contribution input

  • C.I.S returns

  • Company policy updates

  • Any other administration duties required.



The ideal candidate:



  • Sage 50 experience essential

  • Payroll experience preferable

  • C.I.S experience an advantage

  • Happy to work using own initiative
