Accounts Administrator
£23,000 - £25,000 per annum, DOE
Basildon, Essex
Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm



My client, a successful construction company based in Basildon, is seeking an Accounts Administrator to join their friendly team on a permanent basis.



Duties:



  • Checking invoices against purchase orders

  • Dealing with any invoice discrepancies

  • Liaising with the Buyer regularly

  • Matching invoices to the delivery notes

  • Passing invoices for payment

  • Bank reconciliations

  • Entering invoices onto QuickBooks

  • Aged creditors report

  • Petty cash expense sheets

  • Credit card reconciliations

  • Data input

  • Ensuring all qualifications for site staff are updated annually



Must have excellent accuracy and attention to detail skills to be considered for this role due to the duties involved.
