Experienced Accounts Administrator ( 3 Months FTC )

Salary: £25,000

Location: Cranleigh

Hours: Monday to Friday - 9am -5:30pm /Fully Office Based

An amazing opportunity for an experienced Accounts Administrator to join a growing and successful company based in Cranleigh.

Sounds interesting??...Daily Duties:

  • Raising customer invoices on Xero

  • Actioning Customer Renewals and contract changes

  • Management of customer overdue invoices (chasing for late payments)

  • Looking after our Direct Debit platform ensuring the necessary links are made

  • Assist with any billing queries received to the Billing Inbox

  • Assist with inputting/ coding supplier invoices where needed

  • Data inputting using various spreadsheets & company CRM

  • Ad hoc tasks/ projects where required

Experience & Qualifications

  • 2 years + Accounts Experience (Desired)

  • Knowledge of Xero (Preferred)

  • Good Telephone and written communication required

  • Fast thinking and comfortable with multi-tasking
