The Role - Accounts Admin Assistant
Location - Bridgeton (Glasgow)
Hours - 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday
Salary - £23400K

Office Angels are currently recruiting for an Accounts Assistant for our client based in the Bridgeton area of Glasgow. This is an exciting role which is integral to the success of the Accounts Team.

The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic and motivated individual. This is an excellent job opportunity suited for a clerically minded person looking for a career in an office. You will be interested in the finance side of the business and look to enhance your skillset here.

Duties include but are not limited to:-

* Matching, pricing, and processing a high volume of invoices
* Reconciling supplier statements
* Credit control
* Dealing with client queries by telephone and email
* Producing weekly/monthly statements for customers
* Reconciliation of daily payments to customer accounts
* Dealing with routine banking correspondence
* Ensuring customer database and trackers are maintained
* Liaising with suppliers

Key Skills:-

* Punctual and time-efficient
* Accounts experience
* Polite telephone manner
* Attention to detail
* Proficient in Microsoft Office specifically Excel
* Eager to learn
