JOB TITLE: Payroll & HR Administrator


CO. TYPE: Pharmaceuticals

HOURS: Monday - Friday 9-5.30pm

BENEFITS: 20 days holiday + Bank holidays, Free parking, Pension

We're teaming up with the HR Manager to recruit someone to join the Payroll/HR Team. HR experience is not essential but Payroll experience is essential.

The day to day duties in your new job would be:

  • Process weekly and monthly payroll for 800 staff

  • Collate & amend data on Time Management System

  • Understand SSP, SMP,SPP and other statutory payments and make payment when due

  • Assist when necessary with Preparation of BACS payments

  • Data input on company software systems (Payrite)

  • Enter Starter information on software systems & deal with Leaver payments

  • Auto enrol staff into the Company pension scheme and send reports to Pension Provider

We'd love to speak to candidates with:

  • Payroll experience

  • Good verbal and written English

  • Someone who is a fast learner and who will be accurate
