JOB TITLE: Invoice Clerk


SALARY : £24,000

CO. TYPE: Electronic Company

HOURS: Monday - Friday 9am - 5:30pm

BENEFITS: 21 days annual leave + bank holidays, free parking

We're teaming up with the company's Directors to recruit an Invoice Clerk to help distribute the timely issuing of Invoices to clients.

The day to day duties in your new job would be:

  • Raising and issuing invoices to clients (This will vary greatly, some are on project payment plans)

  • Profit reporting

  • Order processing as availability allows

  • Invoice query resolution

  • Software packages include: Bright Pearl and Excel

We'd love to speak to candidates with:

  • Invoicing Experience

  • Good Computer skills including excel

  • Good Communication skills

  • Ability to work under pressure in a busy office environment

  • Liaising with customers and internal staff
