We're teaming up with a well-established company based in Sydenham looking to recruit for an Internal Recruiter/ Services Co-ordinator to implement a robust Recruitment Strategy which enables the organisation to attract top talent for a variety of different roles and responsibilities.


The day to day duties in your new job would be:



  • Supporting the provision of a first-class People Directorate across the whole organisation and all associated sites by operating an effective recruitment process

  • Maintain effective up-to-date knowledge of all compliance requirements including CQC, DBS and employment law insofar as these relate to the recruitment of staff and volunteers

  • Manage all recruitment and selection activities from inception to induction by thinking and proactively planning effective recruitment campaigns in accordance with the Joiners, Movers and Leavers Policy

  • Ensure that multiple recruitment campaigns are well managed simultaneously

  • Carry out job evaluations for all new roles

  • Manage the relationships with all applicants/candidates, ensuring that their experience is positive.

  • Hold responsibility for the effective on boarding of all new starters to include pre-employment/pre-engagement checks such as DBS, References, Right to Work etc., as well as timely production of offer letters, contracts of employment and ID badges.

  • Manage all applicant records in line with GDPR requirements, including the safe storage confidentiality and destruction time frames of all recruitment/selection documentation.

  • Produce training materials where appropriate

  • Produce a calendar cycle of mandatory training events across the year for all staff



We'd love to speak to candidates with:



  • Experience of working in a busy HR department/environment with formal and structured systems in place

  • Experience of producing high quality advertisements which attract good calibre applicants

  • Experience of managing end to end recruitment campaigns

  • A good level of knowledge and experience of recruitment & selection processes and systems and organising and prioritising own workload to successfully meet objectives.

  • CIPD level 5 qualified or relevant experience

  • Excellent communication/interpersonal skills
