We are recruiting for an experienced Finance Operations Administrator who will support the business to complete accurate and timely final accounts including a full UK breakdown working Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm


As the Finance Operations Administrator your duties are listed below


Ensuring all financial aspects of the final reconciliation of an event project run smoothly in accordance with the finance workflow. Liaison with the Event Project Manager to ensure accurate and timely billing


Accurate completion of the final reconciliation including Country Breakdown


Prepare financial and event information and statistics in line with client review meetings


Ensure accurate completion of post event costs analysis documentation


Ensure quality and accuracy of output in line with company and client financial policies and procedures


Ensure specific client SLAs are met


Working with the Account Director and Client Partnership Director to produce financial and KPI data in accordance with client requirements and QBR schedules


Working with the Client Partnership Director and Healthcare Compliance Team Lead to devise and design project automation and generate process efficiencies through technology


Continually review financial reports and update as required


Manage the overall delivery for project final accounts in line with client and internal SLAs


Ensure relevant sign off procedures are followed


Prepare accurate finance files in line with the file policy


Continually review processes to identify areas for improvement to increase efficiencies.


Continually review compliance with SLA's from a finance point of view and ensure records, back-up and files are auditable



To be successful in the role of Finance Operations Administrator we are looking for you to have the relevant experience with excellent communication skills
