Finance/Office Assistant


£23-27k depending on experience

Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00am-5:00pm or 9:00am - 6:00pm

London Bridge are looking for an efficient and reliable Finance and Office Assistant to support a cutting edge marketing consultancy based close to Waterloo station.

The successful candidate will be joining a highly social and hard working team - supporting their Finance Manager and being the go to person for support in the office. You will be involved in duties relating to Finance, HR and office administration.

Duties of the role:

  • Staff expenses

  • Bank reconciliation

  • Entering all invoices, payments/receipts onto the accounting system

  • Regularly updating cash flow

  • Preparing the suppliers' payment run

  • Downloading and sending all Credit card statements

  • Filing invoices, bank statements and other documents

  • Reconciling suppliers' statements

  • Managing any payment queries and the accounts inbox

  • Helping with new starters and leavers- onboarding , contracts etc

  • Holiday and sickness logging

  • Managing the inventory of refreshments, stationery, office and kitchen supplies - when required

  • Send out, receive mail and package distribution

  • Take responsibility for the Company mainline/enquiry inbox

Requirements for the role:

  • Finance experience within a past position

  • Experience using Sage - beneficial but not essential

  • Excellent IT skills

  • Able to work on your own initiative

  • Immediately available
