WOW FACTOR: Working for both the corporate group companies and also managing the financial and business affairs of the family office, the ideal candidate will be responsible for very varied and diverse key responsibilities. The job is will encompass accounting, tax, project and administration of stakeholders within primarily the family office



JOB ROLE: Finance Business Partner



JOB TYPE: Permanent

HOURS: 9am - 5.30pm

SALARY: £30,000- £35,000

LOCATION: Victoria

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:



  • Preparation of presentations, basic financial statements, memos, for presenting to/discussions with external parties such as financial institutions, tax firms, law firms, etc

  • Conducting research and preparation of reports on a needs basis

  • Coordination of meetings/calls with external parties

  • Attending meetings/calls and preparation/maintenance of minutes of meetings with follow-up

  • Coordinate the process of documentations with external parties including but not limited to filling out loan application forms, account opening process etc

  • Preparation of invoices, payment instructions, letters

  • Basic bookkeeping of financial records

  • Filing of corporate reports and documents

  • General administrative support in obtaining signatures, certifications, etc

  • Assistance with ad-hoc projects e.g. structure of the acquisition of investments

  • Any other work which is delegated from time to time.



SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:



  • Comprehensive experience in an accounting role, including recent experience (+1-year post qualification) in a similar level role within a commercial and/or public practice environment. Proven ability and willingness to take a practical approach and undertake work at an operational level.

  • Proven ability to understand key financial and business variables in a complex and changing environment.

  • Full working knowledge of MS Office.

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with discretion.

  • Proactive approach to getting the delegated work done.

  • Enthusiastic and quick learner.

  • Ability to manage flexible work timings to be able to deliver the results.

  • Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment.

  • Ability to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines.

  • Flexibility to take on new work streams on need basis.

  • Demonstrates a commitment to continuous improvement and accepting of change.

  • Conveys an attitude of respect to others ability to work with minimal supervision yet able to recognise where immediate manager involvement is required.
