We're teaming up with the Operations Manager of a leading Group Services provider to provide support to the Finance Department and carry out a variety of accounts and administrative tasks related to the running of the business.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

The day to day duties in your new job would be:

  • Assist accounts and administrative team for the running of the business to include but
    not limited to: Inputting sales orders; Inputting purchase invoices prior to reconciliation; Reconcile statements; Completing sales invoicing; Processing payments to suppliers; Filing to be kept up to date

  • Carry out Credit Control Function, updating notes on Sage and chasing customers on a
    daily basis. Process remittances received on a daily basis in line with On Line Banking

  • Answer phone calls professionally and deal with them appropriately and efficiently

  • To work in co-operation with the Finance Manager as and when required to provide information needed

Key Skills/Knowledge Required

  • Knowledge of Sage Line 50 Systems an advantage

  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Outlook, Excel etc

  • Numerate, accurate with the ability to multitask

  • Ability to prioritise workload within set working days

  • Good organisational and team working skills

  • Excellent attention to detail, proactive, flexible

  • Ability to communicate at all levels both verbally and orally
