Accounts Assistant
£22,000-£24,000 per annum
Chelmsford, Essex
Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm

To provide support to the Finance team by assisting with the day to day running of the department and ensure timely release of daily orders received.


    • Raise sales invoices on Sage 50 and issue to

    • Manage invoice submissions on client

    • Credit Control

    • Match purchase invoices to purchase orders, post to sage and distribute for authorisation

    • Manage purchase order queries

    • Reconcile supplier statements

    • Prepare supplier payment run

    • Filing

    • Process C.I.S subcontractor invoices

    • Manage credit card processes

    • Process staff expenses

    • Check weekly subcontractor timesheets
