Accounts Assistant - £10 per hour
Temporary to permanent

A fabulous company based near to Brentwood are seeking an Accounts Assistant to join their friendly and vibrant office.

Key responsibilities:

* Sales/purchase/nominal ledger on SAGE
* Dealing with customer account or invoice queries
* Dealing with general accounts queries
* Cash allocation
* Matching purchase invoices to orders
* Dealing with company credit card expenses
* Posting to Sage 200
* Bank Reconciliation
* Data Entry

In addition, you must possess the following key skills and experience:

* Excellent, polite and confident telephone manner
* Proficient in Sage Line 200 & Excel
* Strong organisational skills
* Great attention to detail with ability to produce accurate work
* Ability to form positive working relationships
