Where: Remote Working with an opportunity to hot desk within a Leeds City Centre based office

When: Monday to Thursday, 08:30 -17:30 with 1-hour lunch & Friday 8:30 - 16:00

Salary: £20,000 - £23,000K DOE

What are they looking for?

We are partnering with an international marketing business to find their next Account Representative to join their team reporting into the Account Manager.

You will be building a great rapport with your clients gathering campaign information from briefs and lead the coordination of internal resources. You will run daily, weekly, monthly reports so you shouldn't be shy of using Microsoft Excel. Not only this, you will be working with one of the friendliest and most passionate teams.

What can I say I'll be doing?

  • You will be providing operational sales support for your team

  • Daily contact with client's through email, answering/making phones calls & using Microsoft teams

  • Running and briefing on reports

  • Coordinating document of campaign amends

  • Sharing daily reports with clients

  • Planning of upcoming activity

Sounds great so far, do I have the right key skills for it?

  • Confident communication skills - in person, on the phone and by email

  • Excellent organisation skills - you can't let time slip away from you and you will be staying on top of your workload

  • Self-motivation - you must be a self-starter to work continuously perform at the highest level when remote working

  • Attention to detail - you must have the ability to manage several tasks by taking a rigorous and organise approach

  • Customer focused - proactively understand your clients and internal colleagues wants and needs
