Office Angels have teamed up with a forward thinking, dynamic client who are in the IT distribution industry, are looking to recruit a Account Manager. This role is a busy role and you can work from home and in the office. You will join an established team of individuals who are hardworking, have excellent communication skills as well as enjoying developing within this company and sector.


The day to day duties in your new job will….



  • Deliver operational excellence

  • Develop and maintain new and current business

  • Profile and develop an in-depth knowledge of your customers and the profit opportunities

  • Maintain Business Relationships

  • Work closely with Product Managers and Vendors feeding back retail requirements and driving demand

  • Work on securing promotional opportunity and range opportunity within store and online

  • Create and execute agreed action plans

  • Detailed Price management

  • Understand and achieve company targets and objectives

  • Review and manage stock holding with your category

  • Develop and execute against agreed action plans

  • Weekly customer visits with clear objectives

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

  • Drive margin and profitability

  • Build and maintain strong internal and external relationships
