JOB TITLE: Sales Account Manager

HOURS: Monday - Thursday 8.30am - 5.30pm, Friday 8.30am - 5pm (1 hour lunch break)

Location: Sherborne (Hybrid, full time in the office or fully remote will all be considered to suit the successful applicant)

SALARY: Circa £30K PA DOE plus bonus

As part of the Sales team, you will be responsible for proactively managing and growing existing Hospitality and Commercial accounts. Delivering excellent customer service through frequent contact with clients.

  • Proactively manage a portfolio of accounts at either site or group level, ensuring the technology solutions fulfils the client's requirements.

  • Identify and log information against accounts to better understand the client's current and future needs.

  • Maximise contract terms and retention.

  • Priorities day to day customer sales case queries bu answering or quoting efficiently.

  • Arrange client meetings to review their account via video conferencing (Microsoft Team's).

  • Share new account opportunities and leads with the external sales team to action.

  • Monitor competitor activity and share findings with sales team.

  • Achieve objectives set by your line manager.


  • A proven track record in customer care.

  • Technically minded.

  • Experience in working towards KPIs.

  • Good knowledge of MS Office - Word, Excel, Outlook

  • Ability to engage with clients on the telephone in a confident and professional telephone manner.

  • Organised and self-motivated

  • Confident but personable and engaging with clients

  • Flexible with a 'can do' attitude
