Account Manager - Property Security

Our client is well known facilities management organisation and due to exciting expansion they are looking for a new Account Manager to join the team. This role will be focusing on security and maintenance for the organisation.


  • Build and maintain strong, long lasting relationships.

  • Prepare client reports.

  • Participate in and attend client meetings.

  • To handle all communications with customers in a professional manner.

  • To manage all works on the CRM system (Salesforce)

  • To allocate tasks to internal and external teams and manage through to completion.

  • To coordinate both void property and maintenance services

  • To manage the handling of any complaints in accordance with agreed escalation processes..

  • Spot and develop opportunities with customers.

  • Ensure customers projects are delivered on time and compliant with the customers insurance requirements.

  • Identify potential service issues.

  • Proactively liaise with customers and review, assess and follow-up any outstanding proposals or quotations.

  • Collaborate with New Sales Team to identify and grow new opportunities.

  • Successfully liaise with internal and external partners to instruct or manage instructions.
