The company


My client is a large and established creative business who are currently looking to expand their sales team. They are well known and respected in the industry and offer multiple growth and development opportunities. Duties



  • Work towards company KPI's and ensure targets are achieved every month

  • To have a full understanding of industry, competitor analysis, publications, key brands, inventory, digital targets and how to increase revenue year on year

  • To have a strong knowledge of your personal figures, targets, and budgets

  • Work hard to problem solve any challenges that arise quickly and effectively

  • To grow and develop the existing client base

  • Implement a strategy/vision for your client

  • Source, target and develop new business opportunities

  • Create and present regular reports to senior management

  • Ensure new leads and targeted clients are converted into returning business

  • Build relationships and support exhibiting vendors throughout the whole process

  • To deliver an event plan that meets company and client expectations

  • To represent company at all times during the event in a professional manor

  • To have a full understanding of each event taking place

  • Register confirmed attending exhibitors and contacts on the database

  • Coordinate with the internal and external stakeholders
