Office Angels are collaborating with a dynamic and rapidly growing company that specialises in client and customer satisfaction. Based in Kirkcaldy, hours are 9AM- 5PM Monday- Friday with the benefit of hybrid-working. This is a 6 - month temporary contract with the possibility of being extended.

As an Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in fostering strong client relationships and driving business growth. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key accounts, understanding their unique needs, and working collaboratively with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.

  • Understand client needs and objectives and ensure our products/services align with their goals.

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients and communicate their requirements effectively to internal teams.

  • Develop account plans and strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions and resolution of client issues.

  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services.

  • Monitor account performance and provide regular reports to clients on key metrics.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions.

  • Handle client inquiries and concerns with professionalism and responsiveness.

  • Ensure client retention and satisfaction through exceptional service.

What you need:

  • Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar role.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

  • Results-driven with a focus on achieving targets and quotas.

  • Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
