Job Title: Technical Account Manager

Location: Sandwich, Kent

Hybrid working: Yes, the opportunity to work from home one day a week after probation and/or when it is needed.

Salary: £28k - £30k DOE

Hours: Monday to Friday 8am-5pm with 1hr lunch

Key responsibilities within your new role as an Account Manager would be to:

  • Manging approximately 4 key accounts worth £250k - £2m

  • Developing new business within existing business

  • Working in a team of Account Managers to drive sales in both new and existing accounts. This includes meeting new clients across the UK once or twice a month, preparing and hosting training sessions and being a representative of the company.

  • Make PV designs, quotations, and order preparations.

  • Increase sales throughout our distributors by showing installers the advantages of our mounting systems.

  • Delivering profitable growth, through the conversion of offers into orders.

  • Working closely with the colleagues from the Dutch head office.

  • Be aware of market trends/changes and look for opportunities.

  • Keeping up to date on new products, services, procedures and tools by self-learning and attending training and company meetings.

  • Dealing with logistical partners and overseeing stock orders coming in and out, ensuring operations runs smoothly.

Experience and skills required for this position:

  • Account Management experience is essential

  • A Technical industry background within Electrical/Mechanical/Construction

  • Full UK driving licence
