Office Angels are looking for an Account Manager to join an exciting company who focus on changing the world by changing the workplace culture. Remote Position (requires own laptop) | 4 - 8 weeks on-going with potential to be extended or go perm | 10am - 6pm | £20ph - £22ph plus exclusive OA benefits! | Must be available to start immediately



Site and Offer administrative responsibilities:


- Creating Offers in our offer creation tool, helping with copy, images. Ownership and follow thru to also QA once live and iterate to make any updates


- Logging into marketing affiliate portals to update their offer links on our site


- User Experience: Supporting QA if any issues arise, updating broken links


- Responsible for ensuring the pages are merchandised and attractive having both the user and enterprise in mind- checking that images are relevant and sized correctly


- Working with frontline customer service- especially investigating and resolving customer reports about offers not working


- Collaborating with the marketing team to build marketing campaigns for our partners


Reporting and Analysis:


- Calculating and analyzing marketing budget spend, identifying under or overuse


- Analyzing brand performance to maximize the return on investment across key accounts


- Analyzing data to engage, retain and re-engage customers on the platform


Role requirements:


- Exceptional organization and time management skills.


- Evidence of ownership and leadership: proactivity in resolving problems and improving products


- Analytical and data-driven approach to problem solving.


- Thriving on working in a fast-paced environment.


- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.


- Strong written, oral and interpersonal communication skills


- Helpful if photoshop knowledge
